Senator Bruce Starr wrote in the Oregon Catalyst this week announcing plans for referring recently passed gas tax increases to the ballot:
Rep. Ed Diehl, Jason Williams, and I, will be the Chief Petitioners who will run a referral to voters of the devastating gas and payroll tax and fee hikes. When compromise and numerous chances for bipartisanship are ignored, the People of Oregon deserve a vote.
