Help Collect Signatures
Thank you for helping with No Tax Oregon and the Death Tax Initiative Petition (IP51).
Below is the link to 10-line petition form for you to print, collect signatures from your friends and family, and mail the completed forms to the No Tax Oregon team.
Printing instructions:
- The petition must be printed at the actual size; do not tell your printer to “shrink to fit” the page.
- The petition must be printed double-sided. If your printer lacks that option, print page one, place the copy in your printer, and then print page two. Every printer is different, so you will have to see whether to place the printed side up or down for your printer.

The 3rd page in the file needs to be available for every signer to read if they ask.
Signature Gathering Instructions:
- You can sign your own petition if you have not already signed elsewhere.
- Signers must be active registered voters.
- Ask if they have already signed. (You can only sign an Initiative one time)
- You must watch each person sign, ensuring that they sign, date, print their name, and include their address.
- Not all 10 lines need to be filled in order to submit. Although 10 signatures are better than 3.
- You need to complete the Circulator area at the bottom of the page. Please sign and date on the first line. Print your name and address on the second line, even if you already provided this when you signed up above. Do not write anything in the Sheet Number area.
Turning in the Petitions:
- Please mail your petitions to Calista Songstad, 2673 NE Sunrise Lane, Prineville, OR 97754
- The deadline to mail the petition is June 26th. (We have to deliver to the SoS on or before July 2nd)
